Making Bruschetta

One can use Maltese bread or else baguettes. Spread the garlic butter on the bread. Afterwards chop some fresh tomatoes in small cubes, grate the mozzarella cheeseand sprinkle some origano on top. Put them in oven for about twenty minutes. It,s simple, it's easy, it's quick. YUMMY!!!!!!
